Recruitment Process
A prospective candidate meets our HR representative to familiarize herself with the Firm. Post this, a discussion is held on the technical competencies that the candidate is willing to contribute in. This is followed by a round of psychological testing to reach the final decision making stage. The entire process is designed to give both the Firm and the candidate enough time and information to commit to a long-term relationship.
